Territory Wars Rules & Regulations

1. Please note that this game is owned by Loony Group, and we reserve the right to do with it as we please. Ultimately, we may ban, delete, or jail anyone without reason or cause. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason we please. We may change anything and everything for any reason, and do not owe any explanations for our actions. Please remember this as you play on our sites.


2. Any rule can be interpreted many ways, but Loony Group's interpretation will be considered "The Law".


3. Every rule will be addressed as individual meaning that each situation may result in a different ruling than one like it. Each situation is different, and our decisions are trying to take into account past experience, past rulings, etc. However, this is not a democracy, and all rulings made by Loony Group are final unless overruled by Loony Group owners or managers.


4. Players are only allowed to have one account, owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed, if you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff and let them know.


5. Using any type of bot or autorefresher will get your account banned. You must be personally playing the game at all times. There must be a human activating each click of the mouse.


6. You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, don't give out your password to anyone.


7. Swearing is permitted, but racial slurs and other things like that will not be tolerated. Cursing repeatedly at someone will be considered harrassment, and you will get jailed.


8. Profile images with nudity, profanity, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and may result in jail time.


9. We understand that you play other games, but do not advertise them here. This is not permitted, and you will be banned if you are caught.


10. Do not spam the staff's mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.


11. Do not harrass other players, use common sense on this one, if you don't know when your crossing the line from fantasy into harrassment, assume that you are harrassing the other player. This will not be tolerated and will result in a stiff punishment.


12. Scamming will not be tolerated in any manner. Any attempt to scam anyone will result in being jailed for a long long time.


13. If a member of staff is bothering you for any unfair or just plain weird reason, mail Ghostrider [1].


14. There will be absolutely NO badmouthing or complaining about the staff or game within the public venues or individual mails. If you are having an issue with the staff then simply mail Ghostrider [1], and WAIT for a response.


15. Common sense rules are not posted here, if you can't determine the difference between what is ok, and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you can.


16. Owners and Non-Playing Staff are not to be attacked, mugged, or involved in the game at all. You will get one warning, and then there will be some Fed Jail Time.


17. Trading/Exchanging items, money, tickets, will, etc. between any other game is strictly NOT allowed whether the other game is in the Loony Group Network or not.


18. Selling anything on Territory Wars for real money through paypal or anywhere is not allowed. If you are caught trying to sell anything to another player such as money, items, accounts, etc. you will be Fed Jailed. Also, if you are caught buying anything on Territory Wars from any other player for real money, you will be Fed Jailed.


19. These rules are subject to change without notice, check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.

APPROVED Same IP Play Rules

1. You MUST be approved to play on the same IP, so you must get permission from a staff member, and we must note your account and the other person on the same IP.


2. You MUST have a valid reason for same IP play. As we can't prove that you are telling the truth, we may or may not approve you for same IP play. This means that we make that decision, not you.


3. There will be NO transfers between accounts on the same IP unless approved by staff. If you are on the same IP as someone else, you cannot transfer/send them any items, will, tickets, money, etc.


4. If you play from a work or school IP, do not ask for approval to transfer on the same IP as this will NOT be granted.


5. When voting from the same IP, only one player will be credited for the verified sites. Unforunately, there is no way around this, so this is something Same IP players will have to deal with.
